    Structure and production describes the different production facilities and the production of fish from aquaculture. Account statistics for aquaculture describes the economy of the Danish aquaculture, deriving from the accounts from the production facilities.

    Structure and production describes the number of different production facilities and the production of fish by main species.

    Account statistics for aquaculture describes the economy by farm types, Traditional farms, recirculated farms, Sea farms, Eel farms and shellfish farms. Approximately 230 farms are commercially active in Denmark; most of the farms are traditional land based fish farms.
