Children and staff

The area “Children and staff” contains information about children and staff in childcare before admission to school and childcare after admission to school. In addition it holds information about the number of families who receive grants for private childcare and the number of children for which the families receive grants.
For children and young people in leisure activities data can be retrieved from 2015 to 2018. In the archive section the numbers can be retrieved back to 1983. For families who receive grants for private childcare and children for which the families receive grants data can be found can be found from 2008 to 2018.
For daycare facilities children are measured as “calculated fulltime children” from 2015. It implies that comparisons of children before and after 2015 must be made with caution and take this into consideration.
