Full-time education programmes

Full-time education programmes include programmes from preschool class to long-cycle higher education and research training (PhD courses).

Education across levels

Shows how many people are enrolled in or have completed an education programme.

Primary and lower secondary education

Shows the number of pupils in primary and lower secondary education, the average number of pupils in classes and the distribution of pupils by type of school.

Upper secondary education

Shows the number of students in the various general and vocational upper secondary education programmes and shows how many complete the education programmes.

Higher education

Shows the number of students in the various higher education programmes and shows how many complete the education programmes.

PhD programmes

Shows how many people have been awarded a PhD and in which areas of education.

Exchange students

Shows the number of Danish students who go abroad on an exchange stay and the students from abroad who go to Denmark.

Shows the number of pupils and students in educational institutions in Denmark.
